Sarah Caprio is a top-producing agent with $22 million in annual sales, offering extensive local expertise and experience. Known for her positive attitude and keen attention to detail, she ensures a hassle-free buying and selling experience for her clients. A Wyckoff native with a strong network throughout Northern and Coastal New Jersey, Sarah is well-equipped to assist buyers and sellers of primary and vacation homes.
 
Sarah is exceptionally qualified in helping sellers pre-listing prep their homes to garner the highest return on investment. She also attentively guides her clients through the home buying process with a unique perspective from her background as a licensed contractor.  Her market knowledge, along with her intuition for understanding people's needs, enables her to deliver exceptional results in both buying and selling transactions.
 
Sarah graduated from the University of Southern California summa cum laude with a degree in Policy Planning and Development. Her career began in medical device sales for Johnson & Johnson and evolved into a role as the Eastern Sales Manager for Sony Cierge. She launched a home improvement company, HomeRemaker, in 2015.
 
Active in her community, Sarah serves on the planning board in Wyckoff and collaborates with the Chadwick Beach and Yacht Club. She lives in Wyckoff with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, CJ and Cameron.
