Visit An Open House In Bergen County

According to the NJMLS, 153 Open Houses will be held this weekend in Bergen County, NJ. Although there tend to be motivated buyers over a weekend holiday, you can expect less foot traffic at open houses overall. That means you, as a buyer, will have more time to dig into the home and use the lower energy of the day to focus on the neighborhood, the neighbors, and the nearby amenities.

Host a Backyard BBQ

If you feel like dealing with Shore traffic or have not planned an unofficial end-of-summer party, a backyard BBQ is a great alternative! Get the grill going and invite your family and friends to enjoy a delicious feast together. You can also turn it into a game or movie night for extra fun.
