1. Downtown Ridgewood
A long-standing tradition in our community, the Ridgewood 4th of July Parade and Fireworks celebrates our nation's independence. The day starts at Wilsey Square at 9 a.m., followed by the lively parade at 10 a.m. The excitement continues with the fireworks celebration at 6 p.m. They will have a range of activities to keep you engaged, from food trucks to a beer garden and live music to add to the festive atmosphere.

2.  Metlife Stadium, East Rutherford
Fireworks will light up the sky on July 3 and 4 as part of the Meadowlands State Fair. The fair promises many activities, from pig races to corn dogs, games, live music, and fireworks on both nights with admission.

3. Overpeck Park, Leonia
The event will be held at Overpeck Park, marking the first time in over a decade that fireworks will return to Overpeck County Park. 4. Exchange Place, Jersey City
The event will occur at the Montgomery Street, Exchange Place waterfront in Jersey City. The festivities will start at noon, and the fireworks display is scheduled for 9:25 p.m, so residents in towns like Weehawken, Hoboken, and Jersey City may have the opportunity to view the show. Grammy Award-winning musician Wyclef Jean is set to be the headline performer for a day filled with music, food, and Grucci fireworks on July 4 in Jersey City. DJ Funk Flex will kick off the entertainment at 6 p.m., followed by a performance by Fat Joe at 7 p.m.

5. Hoboken Historical Museum, Hoboken

6. Asbury Park Boardwalk, Asbury Park
Asbury Park's annual Fourth of July Fireworks show will light up the sky on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024, with a rain date set for Friday, July 5th. The fireworks will start at 9 p.m. from Second and Fourth Avenue beaches and are best viewed from spots on the Asbury Park Boardwalk.

7. Oceanfest, Long Branch
Oceanfest at Long Branch is celebrating its 32nd year with fireworks and family fun on the Long Branch promenade on Thursday, July 4th, 2024. The fireworks show starts at 9 p.m. on Independence Day. The July 4th fireworks display has been relocated to Stone Harbor's Recreation Fields at 81st Street and Second Ave. Pre-fireworks concert with Jim Bannach and the BLT Orchestra starts at 6:00 p.m.
