Simone is a $10+ million annual top-producing agent in Bergen County, just outside New York City. After graduating from Cornell University, Simone spent 10 years running Ligne Roset New York City, a successful Luxury Sales and Interior Design business. Simone also launched a staging division, which furnished turnkey residences for sellers and developers. Responsible for procuring and negotiating high-level transactions for residential and commercial clients, Simone quickly became known for her strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver a seamless experience to clients

A former resident of New York City, Simone and her family moved to Bergen County after the arrival of their first child. They currently live in Oradell, NJ with their two young children. Simone has received numerous awards, including being honored as a Rising Star nominee by the Greater Bergen Realtors Association. She is a member of the Oradell Chamber of Commerce, Junior Women's Club of River Edge, and Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network.
