Matthew Mastrangelo is a Realtor-Associate® and the Agent Team Sales Director of Christina Gibbons Group, responsible for overseeing the Group's sales operations and all revenue-generating efforts with a strategic focus on territory expansion and driving growth. With over 30 years in sales and marketing leadership with a primary focus on luxury brands, Matthew brings a wealth of experience in the strengthening, re-positioning and launching of business lines through innovation and leadership to the Group. 

Prior to joining Christina Gibbons Group, Mastrangelo was Chief Revenue Officer at Playboy. At Playboy, he successfully transitioned the brand to operate across multiple revenue streams and was responsible for the restructuring and staffing of the national sales and marketing teams. Before this, he held executive positions with several large-scale luxury brands, including Rolling Stone, Conde Nast, and Men's Journal.

Having lived in Northern New Jersey for most of his life, Matt deeply understands all Northern New Jersey has to offer. Matt is a 20+ year resident of Ridgewood, NJ, where he and his wife, Tina, raised their three children. In his free time, Matt enjoys Golf, travel, and exploring fine dining and special hidden gems across Bergen County.
